"Training parents and educators on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)" — research focused on cascading evidence-based behavioral training to the adults already in a child's life: parents and classroom teachers. Coming from speech-language pathology, this work bridges two disciplines that schools and families need together — and grounds the group trainings below in research, not just practice.

How the consultation process works

A structured 4-stage process so every recommendation is grounded in real data about your child — not just one snapshot in a clinic.

  1. 1

    Online intake questionnaire

Parents (or referring caregivers) complete a structured online questionnaire covering developmental history, current concerns, prior services, school context, and what success would look like. We review it before our first call so the conversation starts from your context, not a blank page.

  2. 2

    1-hour clinical interview

A focused live conversation (online or in-person) that fills in the gaps the questionnaire couldn't capture and decides — together — the right way to evaluate. That might be in-person assessment at one of our sites, online assessment, school observation, home observation, or sessions with specific educators or therapists already involved in the case.

  3. 3

    Evaluation in the right environment

We carry out the assessment plan agreed in step 2 — in the setting (or settings) most likely to surface what matters: clinic, school, home, or alongside the educators and therapists who already work with the child. The output is a clinical formulation and a concrete plan you can act on.

  4. 4

    Ongoing consultations & progress monitoring

For active cases, we meet at regular intervals to review how strategies are working — and adjust, discontinue, or introduce new ones based on real evidence. Between sessions, parents and assigned educators/therapists complete short online questionnaires and log intervention data through the platform, so progress is tracked through both self-reported metrics and the assigned specialist's direct observations.

Currently delivered by Dr. Daniel Quiñones. We're hiring additional specialists in 2026; new families will be matched as capacity opens.
Parent-led path → You don't need a clinician to start. Parents can use the same questionnaires, program library, and data-tracking tools to lead their own child's plan — and book consultations only when you want professional input. See the parent path on the home page.
For ongoing support → If your case needs continuous case management with a dedicated specialist, daily WhatsApp clinical support, and a guaranteed monthly consultation hour, see PRO Personal on the upgrade page.
